Fujitsu’s Service Management solutions combine the power of ServiceNow across the entire Enterprise Service Management portfolio (ITSM, HR, ITOM, GRC, CSM, FSM, etc.). As a ServiceNow global elite partner, we streamline Service Management processes across the enterprise. We count about 400+ ServiceNow Specialists worldwide, and have a successful track record of 800+ ServiceNow project implementations. We are expert in implementing global SaaS projects.

In 2021, Fujitsu has been awarded ServiceNow EMEA Service Provider of the year, for its excellent performance delivering ServiceNow solutions across customers’ highly complex and dynamic environments in 2020. Today, our practice is growing rapidly and we are looking for new talents to join our team!

For the past 2 years, Fujitsu France won consequent projects. As a result, we decided to create a ServiceNow dedicated entity: the micro-enterprise Sherpa ServiceNow. Today, our practice is growing rapidly and we are looking for new talents to join our team!

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering maintainable and quality solutions meeting customers’ needs. Since activities around ServiceNow are growing rapidly, you will also be involved in developing the business with ServiceNow.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following ones:

  • Advising customers on ServiceNow, sharing and providing expertise;

  • Understanding customers’ needs and being responsible for HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level Design);

  • Ensuring the quality and maintainability of the solution;

  • Leading workshops (functional, presales…);

  • Acting as a Tech Lead for ServiceNow related projects on an internal and external level;

  • Preparing reports, compelling presentations, proposals and further documentation for customers and/or for internal purpose;

  • Supporting the sales team in developing the business, thanks to your knowledge of ServiceNow & other ITSM tools and topics;

  • Working closely with other architects and consultants from Fujitsu, at the EMEIA level.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor or University degree in a beta study and 5-10 years’ experience working with ITSM tools as an Architect, including a minimum of 5 years working on ServiceNow. Knowledge of modules like SeCOps, HR, GRC or CSM is a plus.

As a person you are a true team-worker with strong customer-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills. You are able to multitask, develop a confidence climate, convince but also step back when necessary. You also are results and sales driven, adaptable, source of proposal and responsive. On top of that, you’re up for a new and beautiful adventure, and can’t wait to participating in the development of our ServiceNow micro-enterprise!
