Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 800 professionals in R&D, production, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, and administrative support. How will you make an impact

We are looking for a Jr RA Specialist for a fixed-term position for 4 months.

What will you do

  • Prepare, gather and submit marketing authorization applications in dedicated market areas.

  • Coordinate, create and compile supporting documentation packages for market authorizations by the local RA affiliates.

  • Perform re-registrations as necessary

  • Implementation and maintenance of registration data in regulatory information management system

  • Implement and maintain SAP licenses and handling of default order blocking

  • Undertake document legalization when needed

  • Perform other activities as required by the superior(s)

How will you get there

  • A degree in a technical/science or equivalent work experience

  • Attention to detail in setting, conducting, and documenting; records keeping in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English

  • PC literacy including MS Office and Outlook

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate efficiently

  • Ability to reach solution with confidence and integrity
