Ihre Aufgaben:

• Stellvertretung des Front Office Manager bei dessen Abwesenheit

• Leitung der Übergabe

• Führung von "on the job" Trainings

• Sicherstellung der Arbeitsabläufe im Front Office Bereich

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Arbeitspläne nach Rücksprache mit dem Front Office Manager

• Kontrolle der Gästebuchhaltung (Kredit Limits, Anreisen, Abreisen, Kassenabschlüsse etc.)

• Laufende Bearbeitung der Gruppenreservationen und Gruppenänderungen

• Planen und Überwachen von Gruppen Check-Ins

• Einführung und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern

• Zimmerzuteilung der Anreisen koordinieren

• Einhaltung der IHG Standards

• Behandeln von Reklamationen vor Ort

Ihr Profil:

• Hotelfachschule oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

• Führungskompetenz

• Mehrjährige Front Office Erfahrung (mind. 4 Jahre)

• Erfahrung mit Opera oder ähnlichen Property Management Systemen

• Höfliche & zuvorkommende Umgangsformen, gepflegtes Äusseres

• Innovatives Denken, gästeorientiert

• Teamfähigkeit

• Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch (von Vorteil)
