What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Product Design Advisor, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.

You will:

  • Lead the product design from discovery to framework development and design production.

  • Manage usability testing, design analytics, and design strategy to achieve user needs.

  • Educate cross functional team on design requirements.

  • Introduce industry best practices that can add value to the design process.

  • Support with recruiting and hiring team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Solid experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders.

  • Deep project management skills to facilitate the product design from scratch to end.

  • Experience working with Figma and FigJam

  • Advanced English level

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
