Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Power Platform. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record of driving successful projects and fostering innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage D365 F&O and Power Platform using best development and implementation methodologies.

  • Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of customizations, integrations, and extensions within D365 F&O and Power Platform environments.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O and Power Platform, staying abreast of latest updates, features, and industry trends.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and customers, addressing complex issues and resolving challenges effectively.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using D365 F&O and Power Platform.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Explore new features or developments of D365 F&O, Power Platform, and other related technologies.

  • Test and QA developments.

  • Assist with pre- and post-sales, and support issues where needed.

  • Collaborate with our Global teams.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform.

  • Have strong practical development exposure in D365 F&O and Power Platform.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

  • Have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience/knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies.

  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good presentation and training skills.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Constant motivation for learning and development, diligence, and responsible attitude.

  • Business processes knowledge of multiple industries is a plus.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a science- or technology-related field (preferred).

  • Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, or Azure cloud technology would be an advantage.
