St. Louis County IT Support Engineer in Virginia, Minnesota
This position is responsible for technical work supporting and maintaining end user devices and systems for internal business customers. With over 2,300 desktop computers, and over 150 applications spread across over 50 county locations; this incumbent will be responsible for resolving customer requests, including troubleshooting and triaging desktop and mobile device related issues. This customer centric position will also be responsible for building and deploying desktop and peripheral hardware and software. The salary range reflected above is the normal hiring range for an IT Support Engineer Associate. The full salary range for an IT Support Engineer Associate, including longevity pay, is $28.17 - $39.82 per hour. The full salary range for an IT Support Engineer, including longevity pay, is $32.45 - $46.24 per hour.
