Position Description
Looking for a Program Managerpositionthat supportsthe mission ofNAVSEANSWand the extended Special Operations Force community? ThisSercopositionwill support NAVSEAas a primefor the contractresponsible forproviding professional, administrative, engineering, and technical support services.
You will lead a large teamof engineering and analysis supportemployeesacross the spectrum of Acquisition and Program Management functions.
In this role,you will:
Serveasthe focal point for all communications between the Contractor and the Government for all aspects of contract requirements of all services required by this PWS.
Act and make binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor.
Beat contractorsitebutmanageallemployees on contract(to include Government site)during normal working hours.
Submit information to the Contracting Officer Representative asrequired.
Bereached after hoursas needed.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelors degree in business or management relateddisciplines
10 years ofdemonstratedwork experience in ProgramManagement in support of DoD/Navy Major ProgramManager (MPM) Office
8 years ofdemonstratedwork experience supporting NavalSpecial Warfare (NSW) and/or SOF in resourcing,acquisitionsor contract management related positions
Demonstratedproficiencywith Microsoft Office products/services; Word, Excel, andPowerPoint
The ability to travel up to 10%
Additional desired experience and skills:
Graduate degree in business or management relateddisciplines
Project Management Professional (PMP) or DefenseAcquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)PMPand/or DAWIA Level III PM certification
Prior Special Operations Forces (SOF) military experience
Experience leading a teamof 40-50 personnel
