The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst to support the Combatant Craft Detachment (NSWCCD C83) operations in Virginia Beach, VA. The Business Process Automation Analyst position involves working closely with our Technical Project Managers to understand tasking workflow, with branch heads to facilitate collaboration across all branches of C83, and develop a plan to implement digital tools/software to enable CCD leadership to:

  • Track resource allocation & utilization through data visualizations.

  • Track development, review, & approval of project deliverables through automated workflows.

Responsibilities:

Business Process Automation Analyst responsibilities begin with:

  • Developing & documenting C83 project requirements and performing a market survey to identify relevant options (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Jira, etc.).

  • Once that is complete, the Business Process Automation Analyst will draft business rules & employee training for management review and approval and then collaborate w/ management guide the roll out and implementation of this new tool(s).

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with tool(s) and teaching other how to use it. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working within a team construct that is focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of C83 project management processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading digital process change efforts, developing and automating workflows, using data analytics tools to improve organizational efficiency.

  • Demonstrated proficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving and organization skills.

  • Demonstrated skills in performing process/control walk throughs and control testing, and creating procedure narratives and flowcharts.

  • Demonstrated identifying deficiencies in (POA&M) and provide recommended solutions.

  • Expertise in Project management and Project Portfolio Management.

  • Expertise in organizational and process change management.

  • Experience in software development and fielding.

  • Experience with developing policy, guidance, or procedures.

  • Experience using Confluence, Jira, or other project management and collaboration tools.

  • Experience using Tableau or other data visualization software.

  • Must be fluent with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology (IT) policy and compliance methodology.

  • Candidate must be detail oriented, a team player, and communicate well.

  • Work experience or industry certifications demonstrating technical proficiency may be substituted for education requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
