Job Purpose and Impact

The Capital Execution Manager will use general business knowledge to plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing for an administrative or business project. We seek a detail-oriented professional with the interpersonal skills to organize our project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements. In this role, you will conduct engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and gather the resources necessary to complete projects.

  • Help resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

  • Monitor progress and performance to meet the project plan goals.

  • Collaborate with senior partners to ensure project meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Help coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects.

  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience
