Financial intelligence Analyst-CTR

• Job Title: Financial Intelligence Analyst -CTR

• Location: 100% Full-time remote -Must be within the EST/CST Time Zones

• Rates:

CTR Exp: $33.87 pay rate range (High-Tier)

BSA/AML Exp: $30-$32 pay rate range (Mid-Tier)

Branch Exp: $28-$30 pay rate range (Low-Tier)

• Training Schedule: Full Training class is TBD- M-F 9-530pm EST.

  · Candidates with direct CTR experience, onboarding/training will be less formal an only 2 weeks

  · Candidates without direct CTR experience,

they may need to go through the full training program which is TBD

• Shift Schedule: Normal Business hours are 8-430 EST, but they are flexible. The system they used is best not to be used earlier than 7amEST and later than 7pm EST. In general EST /CST times are the best times.

• Contract length: The Contract Term is 6 months to reduce volume. Potential for extensions and conversion based on volume, budget and performance.

Job Description:

• Currency Transaction Report (CTR) regulatory compliance . These individuals will be performing research and analysis of company account activity specifically related to currency transactions over $10,000 and will file timely reports with FinCEN as required by the Bank Secrecy Act and other Anti-Money Laundering laws.

Requirements

· Experience: They must have some working knowledge/understanding of what a CTR is

· TRUE Currency Transaction Report (CTR) regulatory compliance Experience is highly preferred - if they don’t have that, they need to have either of the following…..

· Either BSA/AML Experience OR…

· Branch Reps/Tellers Experience -they have a basic understanding of CTRs because they submit those requests -They will understand conductors.

· Experience/Skills- Must have: Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, data accuracy, ability to analyze information

Day 2 Day:

• NF receives CTR coupons from branches across the credit union. (Cash transactions 10k +).

• Data entry

• Analyzing/reviewing coupon data

• Inputting data into specific systems

• Completing 50-60 cases per day on average. Most are simple to complete
