Position Summary

As a Human Resources Trainee , you will be part of the HR Business Partner Team for Corporate Operations, supporting the People Life Cycle, global projects and Talent management.

A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Trainee

  • Support the Corporate HR Business Partner Team in various global initiatives (ex: Training & Development – skills-based approach)

  • Support HR team in day-to day activities linked with the People Life Cycle (including Performance & Talent Management, Talent acquisition, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Employee Services (ES), Global Mobility and Recruitment Team on all HR activities (contracts, time management, promotions transfers, certificates, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, end of contracts, etc.)

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports (strategizing and leveraging existing Power BI reports), presentations, and other relevant documentation to support the People Strategy activities in Operations

  • Participate to HR processes standardization & optimization activities with the team, improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of HR activities and leverage best practices

What will make you successful

  • Student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent

  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills

  • Curious and driven with demonstrated interest in working in a multicultural environment

  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain strict confidentiality

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. At ease with other various digital tools

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
