Casino Customer Service Associate JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing consistent, courteous service to all Players Club guests, ensuring an optimal level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Effectively input data into tracking system. Answer questions about the property in a positive and complimentary manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the casino customer service associate include the following:

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.

• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

• Maintains a working knowledge of the Company’s property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.

• Responds to guests’ requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly.

• Possesses a working knowledge of area, package plans, special features, hours of operation and all outlets of the Players Club.

• Assist supervisor with promotions or events.

• Provide information to guests about club program, promotions and events for multiple properties.

• Provide information to guests about racing, food operations, and project for multiple properties.

• Must be able to accept and respond to constructive criticism for the betterment of the company and company expectations.

• Prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Work as a team member to ensure a smooth operation.

• Ensures compliance with all company rules and regulations.

• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in business or casino management preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess excellent communication skills. Minimum of one year experience in a guest service environment. Must be able to type 35 wpm. Must be able to demonstrate all aspects of hospitality, professionalism, prompt and courteous service, with extreme attention to detail.

Bonus paid in three instalments: $250 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $1250 after 1 year of employment.
