Service Branch Manager

Location: South Finland, Vantaa

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance sales and field operations of the lifts, escalators and passenger conveyors installed in the Otis service area, ensuring that these facilities are maintained to Otis standards and that their performance is in accordance with the approved business plan.

On a typical day you will:

• Controls all service sales and service field operations. Sets operational targets for service sales and field staff. Monitors performance against plans and ensures that appropriate actions are taken.

• Handles customer surveys and complaints. Promotes and maintains sustainable customer relationships.

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with architect, owner, property, management consultant, building management consultant, etc. I would take the product and service to improve.

• Keeps abreast of new developments in modernisation products and relates them to the needs of current and future customers.

• Responsible for the region's ability to adopt new systems and policies.

• Responsible for meeting sales targets in the area of modernisation, repair sales and service contracts

• Ensure that all service sales and service field operations comply with the company's quality system and standards.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Have a strong background in the service sector, able to manage a large portfolio of customers across a large geography.

• Be a strategic, individual with experience around planning and supporting organisational growth.

• Solid experience in P&L management, able to work with and identify trends in data sets.

• Great customer approach able to support customers on their service journey with OTIS.

• Strong leader, able to lead the team in the right direction and support them with customer issues and growth through various leadership tools such as coaching/mentoring.
