You'll have the opportunity to provide systems, clerical, logistical, and facilities support across the organization. The Corporate Services Coordinator performs a variety of tasks and duties aimed at optimizing and maintaining the efficiency of daily operations within the office including purchasing; travel and expenses; facilities; accounting; and reception. Pay range is $23.00–$25.00 per hour DOE, $75/monthly cell phone allowance and the following benefits:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Manage and process Purchase Order (PO) requests, resolve PO discrepancies, complete purchase requests, manage vendor relationships
Assist with battery orders, respond to battery inquiries, update battery orders in ERP system
Book corporate travel for guests, troubleshoot booking-system problems, assist with expense management system administration
Monitor building and office conditions for any potential repair/maintenance
Respond to and assist with shipping requests, incoming shipments, and receiving shipments in ERP system
Partner with Accounting to provide support in document requests and transaction clarification
Assist with making sure all supplies are stocked and kitchens are tidy, and directing visitors as needed
Document management
Other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES:
Strong time-management skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a high attention to detail
Proven commitment to exceptional customer service delivery to both clients/customers and internal team members that allows effective working relationships with a diverse population
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
Passion for personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
1-2 years of experience in accounting or systems administration preferred
Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred)
EDUCATION:
- B.A./B.S. in a business-related field preferred or equivalent work experience
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Work in-office required Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
