Join our dynamic team as a Civil Engineer, ideally suited for recent graduates or professionals in the early stages of their careers. Our firm specializes in civil engineering, land surveying, and site planning with a focus on land development and stormwater projects catering to both private developers and public agencies. Engage in diverse projects ranging from 20-400 lot subdivisions to commercial and recreational ventures including golf courses, retail spaces, and hospitals. This role demands a proactive approach to site development and design, encompassing grading, water, sewer, and stormwater management using Civil3d and Hydrocad.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Civil3d and Hydrocad

• Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Knowledge of local codes (Washington) and agency standards

• Ability to tabulate bid items, calculate construction bid quantities, and develop cost estimates

Soft Skills

• Passion for engineering

• Desire to collaborate effectively within a team

• Adaptability to a high-paced work environment

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Vancouver, Washington.

Work Environment

Our office is positioned in the heart of downtown Vancouver, WA, surrounded by amenities and vibrant city life. We operate Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with flexibility to start and end up to 2 hours earlier. The engineering department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and is led by Travis, ensuring a collaborative and innovative workspace.
