*Directeur de formation *

• En tant que directeur adjoint de magasin, vous assurerez le leadership et la direction de l'équipe de magasin tout en exécutant avec succès la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise sous la direction du directeur de magasin.  

• Vous contribuez à maximiser la rentabilité du magasin en atteignant les objectifs de vente du magasin. Vous vous assurez que les normes et les processus du magasin pour le marchandisage et les opérations sont bien exécutés.  

• Vous créez un environnement inclusif et donnez l'exemple en matière d'engagement client qui dépasse les normes de l'industrie. Au besoin, vous assumerez la responsabilité du magasin en l'absence du directeur de magasin. 

Comment * *vous * * ferez * * une * * différence   

• Ce que _ _vous _ _ ferez :  Vous aiderez à maximiser et à atteindre les ventes et les objectifs du magasin, et à surveiller la progression des ventes par rapport aux objectifs clés. Vous démontrez et encouragez un état d'esprit centré sur le consommateur au sein du magasin et favorisez des interactions authentiques avec les consommateurs. Vous soutenez le directeur de magasin dans le réseautage et le recrutement de talents diversifiés et de haut calibre. Vous fournissez de l’accompagnement, des rétroactions, de la formation et de la supervision à l’équipe, en vous assurant que toutes les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise sont suivies et conformes.  

• Comment _ _vous _ y _ parviendrez : * * En démontrant constamment une communication, une formation et un accompagnement clairs de l'équipe, vous aidez à définir les attentes en matière d'engagement client, de politiques et de procédures en magasin, ainsi qu’à encourager une équipe solide. Aider à gérer les dépenses salariales et de main-d’œuvre afin de maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité. Vous favorisez un environnement de productivité en vous assurant que l'équipe possède les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs du magasin en matière de ventes et d’engagement client.  

• À quoi _ _ressemble _ le succès:_  Vous et l'équipe atteignez et dépassez avec succès les résultats des ventes et les objectifs commerciaux. Vous êtes responsable d'assister le directeur de magasin dans l'accompagnement et le développement de l'équipe. Vous donnez l’exemple, favorisez un environnement de magasin inclusif et créez d'excellentes expériences du consommateur en tout temps.

Années * * d’expérience * * professionnelle /vente au * *détail *: * 2 ans et plus de préférence; 1-2 ans d'expérience en gestion de commerce de détail préférée.  

Exigences du poste * *liées * aux études:*  Une formation formelle et des diplômes de premier cycle/cycles supérieurs sont agréables à avoir, mais nous sommes plus intéressés par vous, votre expérience et vos réalisations.  

Exigences physiques:  Position debout requise pour tout le quart de travail. Plier, soulever, ouvrir et déplacer des produits jusqu'à 50 livres (au besoin).

_• As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. _ _ _

Years of Related Professional/Retail Experience: _ 2+ years preferred; 1-2 years preferred retail management experience. _ _ _

Hiring Range :

$39,900.00 CAD - $49,875.00 CAD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
