Optum is looking for a  Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Mission Hills, CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details : Primary Care APC at Mission Hills Clinic

  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm (no call, no weekends)

  • Manage patient care in outpatient setting

  • Consults, follow-up appointments, well-checks, schedule screenings

  • Comfortable seeing patients of all ages; primarily adults/senior base

  • Average Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patients

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted CA Medical License

  • Current CA DEA certificate prior to start date

  • Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $160,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
