Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Vallejo, California, for a highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires proficiency in various accounting software systems, Microsoft Office Suites, and a firm grasp of accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive general ledger duties, including posting transactions, balancing subsidiary accounts, preparing reports, and reversing entries when necessary.

• Oversee and maintain financial transactions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and billing.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation for the company, ensuring the cash balance on the company's bank statement aligns with its records, identifying any discrepancies, and making necessary adjustments.

• Perform "catch up" tasks to bring the system's financial transactions up to date, ensuring all transactions are entered correctly, and all documentation is accurate and complete.

• Support the payroll process while maintaining an accurate record of all company payrolls.

• Collaborate closely with the back-end guidance team to support day-to-day bookkeeping operations. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required

• Must have demonstrated skills in Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must

• Should be adept at handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is necessary

• Must be skilled in Billing Functions
