Position Overview
Encore (EMEA) is seeking a dynamic, proactive Digital Communications Coordinator to join our collaborative and fast-paced marketing and communications team. Based in Uxbridge with hybrid working options, this role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with various aspects of communications for a global leader in event planning and AV technology.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Digital Communications Coordinator will support the daily digital requirements of the Marketing team, handling both internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities
Digital marketing and web presence management
Implement and analyse Encore EMEA’s digital marketing programme to achieve lead generation goals and KPIs, maximising return on assets:
Manage the Encore website (content, SEO, design, UX, e-commerce, ads, promotions)
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
Efficiently use marketing platforms and personalisation tools (e.g., Marketo, Dynamics, DoubleClick) for digital and cross-platform promotions
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Encore to drive alignment and results on digital marketing initiatives
Manage corporate website properties to support business objectives (consistent corporate presence, revenue, qualified leads, brand awareness)
Facilitate and support all phases of web optimisation projects, ensuring they are on budget and on schedule
Create and maintain a positive customer experience across the website and other digital touchpoints
Build and maintain the digital marketing infrastructure, including data, tools, and processes to enhance online customer experience
Develop and manage digital content in supported CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe) aligned with the overarching marketing strategy
Web/technology leadership
Maintain a deep understanding of the online space, current trends, tools, and approaches, using this insight to shape the future of Encore’s online presence
Develop and enhance current digital communication methods to align with best practices for online engagement.
Vendor leadership
Collaborate closely with external vendors, digital marketing agencies, and consultants
Optimise and evaluate vendor relationships to improve the website environment and user experience
Social Media
- Support execution of social media and editorial content across multiple channels
Press Releases
- Manage German-speaking PR activities
Digital asset management
Support the organisation of the digital asset management library on SharePoint with the Marketing Coordinator (photos, videos, presentations, etc.)
Manage website infrastructure, CMS, and build/release internal and external newsletters (ensuring GDPR compliance)
Create and manage landing pages and provide analytics for all technical aspects
Support Search Engine Optimisation (SEO Onsite, On-page, Off-page)
Candidate requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, programming, IT, or equivalent
Proficiency in German or French is highly valued
3+ years of digital communications experience, including website management and technical knowledge of website design/development
Documented experience managing online marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, affiliate, and display
Working experience in graphic design and online information architecture
Proven experience with email marketing platforms and lead generation tactics (e.g., drip marketing)
Excellent knowledge of digital tracking and analytic concepts (e.g., Google Marketing Platform)
Expert knowledge of leading CMS solutions (e.g., WordPress, Adobe)
Basic understanding of programming languages (such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS) preferred
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems creatively
Digital project management experience is ideal
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence others
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and complex information
