Working with cross-functional teams, you will deliver the portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You lead profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will own the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What experiences you will get:

  • You will have the opportunity of end-to-end brand ownership including innovation, equity and owning the Maynards Bassets AC25 & V30 strategy with input into the wider Candy strategy

  • You will lead our key Maynards Bassets projects covering equity (brand foundations, brand architecture, portfolio strategy, communication, brand visual identity), innovation and long-term HFSS strategy.

  • You will have line management responsibility for the UK Marketing Executive, with a focus on supporting leadership & development

  • You will define our long-term iPPA and innovation pipeline for Maynards Bassets with clear, tangible plans on where to play and how to win with consumers at the heart

  • You will Support and develop lead creative and design agency relationships and co-own media and digital agency partnerships, goal setting and the assessment of those agencies.

  • An ability to get the best from marketing agency partners

This role is a 10 month Fixed-Term Contract to start as soon as possible.

Our Marketing function is based in Uxbridge - we work flexibly 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
