We are hiring an experienced Solutions Design Specialist to support our existing RPO business clients as well as new clients. If you're an experienced RPO professional with experience in building solutions for clients, this is ideal for you!

In this role, you are responsible for developing relationships with our clients and internal partners (Implementation, Sales, etc) to provide recruitment solutions within our RPO line of business. You will partner with various levels of leadership, our RPO delivery teams, and key client stakeholders to provide unparalleled service! You will be a subject-matter expert regarding solutions & offerings in line with our business goals.

What you need:

• Solid understanding/experience of RPO business offerings

• Experience in Recruitment, Business Development, or Sales/Marketing

• Understanding of finances/budgets - must be able to evaluate data and provide solutions based on information

Compensation: up to $118K annually
