ManpowerGroup Claims and Leave of Absence Specialist-RPO Consultant (REMOTE) in US, Wisconsin

The Claims and LOA Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting complex Claims and LOA processes. This individual will coordinate and co-manage complex cases with our LOA vendor, ensuring that the employee experience is guided and supported. This role will need to understand the complexities of State and Federal Leave of Absence laws (FMLA and Statutory). They will also need to grasp Intuit's internal LOA policies quickly given the overlap of multiple policies.

This role will need to have a Customer Service mindset and be able to discuss complex leave scenarios with employees, managers, and internal partners. Provide guidance and educate employees, managers, and HR on complex aspects of LOA, Short-Term Disability, and State Leave of Absence coordination. Performs other duties as assigned, including participating in other activities, projects, and growth initiatives Monitors own work to ensure quality.

Qualifications - External

Education:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Nice to have: Associate or Bachelor's Degree

Skills :

  • 5-years as an STD case manager with additional FMLA/LOA background is preferred

  • Maintain information/documentation in case management system to track and ensure accurate and timely case management

  • Experienced in Workday/ICIMS is preferred

  • Partner experience with payroll & Legal departments a plus

  • extensive knowledge of leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

  • Strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills (written, verbal and visual)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Operational excellence, including end-to-end process and workflow management

Salary: 60-65/hr.
