About This Role

As a Digital Experience Consultant, you will be at the forefront of helping clients envision, map and deliver these world class personalized customer experiences through the Monetate platform. In this role, you will regularly use and understand our systems and will act as a guiding voice, technical expert, and thought leader in the room with our clients. You will build your expertise on providing business strategy, a deep understanding of our tools, and a keen appreciation for design and user experience to deploying Monetate’s SaaS solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to define success and turn personalization and testing strategies into implementation roadmaps for increasing maturity and value from the Monetate platform.

  • Prescriptively drive progress on Customer’s implementation roadmaps to accelerate their maturity and ROI with the Monetate platform.

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative testing and personalization strategies on the Monetate platform to drive client success.

  • Lead internal workshops and training sessions to share insights and collaborate on refining how testing and personalization strategies are implemented.

  • Deliver project engagements, internal processes, and organizational improvements that are backed by data to drive retention and ROI.

  • Consistent focus on increasing client satisfaction, deepening client relationships, and helping clients improve their CX maturity through world class strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and other teams to deliver continuous improvements to processes, deliverables, and client engagements.

  • Provide data & insights to demonstrate the value of the Monetate platform and impact on client retention and ROI.

  • Communicate to prospects and clients the value provided by Digital Experience Consulting and Services.

    What You’ll Need

  • Background in Professional Services, customer onboarding, or implementation, ideally with eCommerce, Testing, Personalization, or other MarTech software.

  • Experience consulting and assisting clients with technical concepts such as Javascript, API usage, and SQL.

  • Proven experience in managing client relations and project timelines, with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects and clients, lead change management, and influence executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven story-telling to a variety of audiences up to the executive-level.

  • Experience in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.

  • Experienced with marketing techniques related to optimization, targeting, segmentation, and testing.
