Job Title: Administrative Training Coordinator

Position Details:

  • 100% onsite at Delta College in Saginaw, MI: 1961 Delta Rd, University Center, MI 48710.

  • Hours/Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Will move in the new Corning Hemlock plant once it is completed (ETA this summer).

  • Interview process: Team Meeting interview. Manager will hire from this one interview.

  • Approximately 9-months contract (Target Start/End Dates: 03/24/2025 - 12/31/2025).

Corning is seeking a highly organized and responsible administrative coordinator to join their growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of Corning's training and team building programs, including scheduling rooms, coordinating guest speakers, and assisting with team building exercises.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks, and has excellent coordination skills.

  • HS Diploma required.

  • 1-3 years administrative assistant experience preferred.

  • Coordinate room scheduling at Delta College for various organizational activities and ensure no overlap with other staff members' meetings.

  • Most important is a positive attitude and ability to thrive in an unstructured environment!

  • Assist in the creation of training agendas for hiring ramps, ensuring all necessary material is prepared and organized.

  • Manage printing and scanning of documents, maintaining an organized filing system for easy retrieval.

  • Coordinate logistics for guest speakers, including room requirements and setups.

  • Work closely with our Administrative Assistant and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling of activities.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of team building exercises.

  • Collaborate with Delta College to manage the course calendar for the year, ensuring all dates and times are accurately recorded and communicated.

Pay Transparency:

  • This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $18.75/hour - $25.00/hour .

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :

  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen, Other valid work visa

  • Preferred years of experience : 2+ Years

  • Travel Required : No travel required
