The Manager of Finance is an integral part of the Studio Operations finance organization and will play a major role in the development and management of financial planning and forecasting for the Production Services operations. The individual will ensure that the appropriate methods are in place to track volume, profit and other key metrics critical to running the operations, making informed, time-sensitive decisions, and influencing smart business decisions from a financial perspective while building collaborative working partnerships with a strong emphasis on client support and solution focus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Financial support of all assigned business lines; compile and review the annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly projections. This includes advising department leaders on budget guidelines, supporting strategic initiatives, and overseeing the budget/forecast preparation process to ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy

  • Maintains financial performance by developing operating and financial metrics, analyzing results and trends, and providing recommendations to improve overall efficiencies

  • Oversees the monthly close process. Prepares journal entries and monthly financial reports ensuring their completeness, accuracy and timeliness. Compiles and analyzes results and presents statements to senior management

  • Oversees capital request/disposal processes and reviews fixed asset register for accuracy and completeness

  • Performs standard and ad hoc analyses and presentations that provides insightful views into the operations and financial performance of Production Services businesses, including finding, evaluating and reporting on potential savings initiatives and risks and opportunities to the organization’s financial goals and commitments

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a finance and/or accounting role

  • Experience analyzing financial statements and budgets

  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charting, financial formulas)

What Would Make You a Stand-out:

  • CPA or MBA preferred

  • Experience in Hyperion Essbase strongly preferred

  • SAP Financial Systems experience preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all organizational levels

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and manage time effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in team collaboration, service excellence and solutions focus

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible).
