As a Global Account Manager, you will be managing global and local relationships with Egencia’s customers across the world, with a real focus on increasing the profitability and trading value of your portfolio, as well as working with internal teams across Europe to coordinate systems implementations.

Key deliverables

  • Managing a small, but highly strategic and high value, portfolio of accounts with Pan-European / Global customers

  • Regular client reporting, using this as a platform to increase spend across various methods including new technologies, budget analysis and negotiation with travel providers

  • Continuous client negotiation in regard to criteria such as retention, bookings, trading value and revenue

Profile

Applicants must commercial Global account management experience, ideally from within a travel management company / agency environment or similar and will ideally have managed accounts above €5M in value across multiple markets and geographies.

Location

Florida, United States

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $88,500 to $183,500. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

This role is eligible for one of our Variable Incentive Plans, which award cash incentives for individual and/or team achievement. This role is also eligible to be nominated for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
