Role Overview:

Join our innovative team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in the cutting-edge Symptom Care Clinic! You'll provide comprehensive care to oncological patients with acute symptoms, drive advancements in evidence-based practices, and participate in groundbreaking research. Be part of a dynamic environment that merges urgent care excellence with compassionate patient support

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited PA program

• NCCPA certification

• Active NY & NJ licenses or willing/eligible to obtain both

• A minimum of 2 years of relatedAPP experiencein Emergency, Critical Care or Intensive Care

• BLS / ACLS certified

  OR

• Active NY & NJ Advanced Practice Nursing licenses/registrations or willing/eligible to obtain both

• Nurse Practitioner MS Degree, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

• 2+ years of relatedAPPexperiencein Emergency, Critical Care, or Intensive Care

• BLS / ACLS certified

  Location : Commack & Nassau Long Island NY

  Hours :13.5 hr shifts (8am-9:30pm) 12 shifts a month

  Weekend and holiday rotation coverage required

  This position is open for experienced APPs only

  Pay Range$144,000-182,000K
