Job Title: Food Production Associate/Operator

Job Description

As a Food Production Associate/Operator, you will ensure the efficient operation of production processing lines and machinery. Responsibilities include unloading/loading materials, following recipes, weighing/measuring ingredients, operating equipment, packaging products, and conducting quality checks to meet company and customer standards. You will assist in various production areas, operate food production machinery, handle raw ingredients, and maintain production records. Flexibility to perform various tasks and adhere to safety and quality regulations is essential.

Hard Skills

• 3+ Years of Manufacturing/ Production Experience

• 6+ months Food Manufacturing Experience

• 2+ Years of Machine Operating Experience

• Knowledge of Food Handling/GMPs

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Flexibility

• Ability to follow strict safety and quality standards

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Union City, California.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working in a food manufacturing setting, which includes areas with temperatures as high as 105°F and as low as 68°F. The role requires standing and walking for prolonged periods, lifting over 50 lbs repeatedly, and adhering to strict dress and safety gear requirements. Various shifts are available including full-day shifts across a seven-day operation.
