Adecco is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Union City, Ca. As an Inside Sales Representative Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting our client's Account Executives to achieve and exceed their monthly targets. You will handle various tasks including insertion orders, layouts, proofs, copy changes, and administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Process new sales leads and manage correspondence between the sales team and clients.

• Assist Account Executives in daily tasks to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

• Provide data and reports to support decision-making and optimize sales performance.

• Interact with potential and existing clients, scheduling appointments for Account Executives and Sales Associates as required.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

• Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, file organization, and calendar management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
