Why this job matters

This role is responsible for managing and administering the commission structure for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, and providing valuable insights to drive sales performance, insight and analysis on all elements related to EE mobile element of the BT Partners, what has been paid and what is due to be paid. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders, finance, and IT teams to optimize the commission process and support the company's sales goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for the insight and analysis on all elements related to commission v budget.

• Managing claims/deals to ensure the correct commission is paid.

• Using your commercial acumen to determine payments due

• Being a subject matter expert on EE’s commission payments to support internal queries

• Responsible for driving improvement in forecasting and performance within the relative sales channel.

• Monitor their own work to ensure relevant processes, including governance/compliance considerations, are adhered to, and managed appropriately, working with stakeholders to reduce risk and error.

• Communicate the benefits and importance of procedures across multiple stakeholder groups and articulate benefits including improved customer and Sales Experience, increased revenues and decreased costs.

• You build and apply your understanding of the end-to-end process to which your own role contributes. You assess interdependencies across teams to coordinate with others.

• Proficiency in comprehending the Business Sales environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, particularly in conveying challenging messages.

• Proficient in data and trend analysis, with the ability to generate narratives using Excel formulas, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations to address historical sales data issues or offer future recommendations.

Our working model

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
