Job Description

What is the job about?

As a Senior CSSC Frontline Representative at Grundfos, you will be responsible for receiving and processing written requests for quotations, providing technical advice, and preparing quotations. You will play a key role in pump selection, technical advice, and preparing technical datasheets, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions for their needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive and process written requests for quotations.

• Record and track incoming requests for quotations.

• Prepare quotations in the SAP-CRM system.

• Provide technical advice over the phone.

• Select pumps and accessories, and prepare technical datasheets.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

• A college/university degree in a technical field.

• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in building engineering or technical sales.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of English.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Evaluation and analytical skills.

• Cooperation skills.

• A customer-centric approach.
