Machine Operator ($18-19/hr.+)

Job Description

We have two open positions for Clean Room Operators. Candidates will be considered for all available shifts and will be selected based on their skill sets and interview performance. The job involves performing repetitive tasks while seated, following work instructions to meet quotas, and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions to meet daily quotas.

• Perform repetitive tasks while seated for extended periods.

• Operate machines and tools using both hands and feet.

• Apply beads of glue to wires using a machine with ultra violet light.

• Connect cables to circuit boards and assemble cable housings.

• Use hand tools to snap plastic pieces together over cables.

• Inspect work visually to ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly, production, and using hand tools.

• Ability to perform small part assembly and visual inspection.

• Familiarity with electronic assembly, soldering, and working on an assembly line.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with cables, electronics, and soldering is a plus.

• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Preferred experience in production or assembly line environments.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean production environment with 12 other employees, each seated at their workstations. The production process involves multiple stages, and teamwork is essential to ensure smooth workflow. Contractors can wear ear pods to listen to music (no videos allowed). The work locations may vary between Cochran Rd and Aurora Rd.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
