Aston Carter Sales Support Representative in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania

Our client has been in business since 1981. They are considered to be in the elite class in the truck body and equipment business. They currently have five locations with plans for further expansion. Summary:

  • Support the outside sales staff and customer base with any other needs (such as lead times, estimated completion dates, change orders, communicating any issues, etc.).

  • Provide the production team with accurate information and clean work orders.

  • Maintain effective customer follow up procedures to maximize sales and customer service.

  • Understand selling and the selling process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong vehicle and truck equipment knowledge.

  • Excellent sales skills.

  • Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
