Il sito di Piossasco (TO) è leader nella progettazione e produzione di apparecchi per il controllo del freno, nei quali elettronica, software e pneumatica interagiscono strettamente.

Sarai inserito nel team di Customer Service Operation, riportando al Customer Service Operation Manager.

Come farai la differenza?

Nel ruolo di CS Sales Admin , sarai responsabile della gestione dell’ordine del cliente dal momento in cui esso arriva in azienda fino alla spedizione dei materiali e/o servizi.

Come sarà la tua giornata tipo?

• Al ricevimento dell’ordine ne effettua la Contract Review (CR)

• In caso la CR sia positiva procede con l’inserimento dell’ordine a sistema ed invia la conferma d’ordine

• In caso la CR sia negativa per minor points contatta il cliente e cerca una soluzione per arrivare ad una CR positiva, in caso di CR fortemente negativa o in caso di mancato accordo con il cliente, l’ordine viene rimandato alla funzione sales affinché trovino una soluzione con il cliente

• Monitora ed implementa azioni affinché l’ordine venga evaso in accordo alla conferma d’ordine

• Emette DDT di spedizione e fornisce previsioni di consegna ai clienti

Cosa vogliamo sapere di te?

• Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (AS400 considerato un plus)

• Buone competenze comunicative

• Buone competenze relazionali e di customer care

• Buone competenze organizzative, precisione ed attenzione ai dettagli
