Primary Purpose: The Business Analyst is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and coordination of partners that provide ATM and ITM technology to our branch locations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination of ATM/ITM installations with 3rd party partners Execution of daily maintenance requests from branches and follow up to ensure issues are resolved Monitoring of a fleet of 450+ ATM and ITM machines to ensure peak performance and adherence to 97% uptime. Partners with the Cadence Bank Facilities department to coordinate installations of new equipment, provide recommendations, and meet project deadlines. Serves as the primary point of contact for branches for balancing issues, and follows through with internal departments to ensure out of balance situations are resolved quickly. Works closely with the security department to ensure equipment is secured, alarmed, and has exceptional follow through when a security breach/issue has occurred. Meets weekly with 3rd party partners to work through open tickets, coordinate machine replacements, upgrade software/hardware as required by regulations and vendor requirements. Works closely with our Cash Balancing Department to ensure replenishment schedules are met with Loomis, and follows up immediately and continuously with branch staff when there is an issue. Maintains equipment inventory listing to ensure accurate hardware/software documentation by machine Serves as a subject matter expert for the ATM/ITM department which will provide direction to new associates based on their needs Serves as a senior associate within the ATM/ITM Department, and will be called upon to provide training and supervision of entry level associates. Performs periodic reviews departmental procedures to determine effectiveness and accuracy, and makes recommendations for improvement Works closely with 3rd party partners to ensure that we are efficiently processing service requests and proactively contacts partners to ensure issues are resolved quickly. Makes recommendations for improvements to management, and follows through on implementing those improvements, embracing change, and coaching others through change to improve department morale. Serves as a primary contact for the Video Teller Team for issue escalation, follow up, and resolution. Job Specifications: Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a fleet of ATM's and ITM's for a Bank or Credit Union Ability to train new associates and provide direction Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Has strong analytical and problem solving skills and is able to work independently to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations based on findings. High school education and/or 3+ years related work experience related to ATM/ITM technology Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner. Proficient with Microsoft Office as well as a high technical aptitude to learn new systems and applications Advanced Knowledge of system applications and related hardware (NCR Aptra Vision, TellerNow, Transaction Gateway, and all NCR related hardware and their capabilities).
