Job Description: {#spanstylecolorblackjobdescriptionspan}
We are looking for skilled Box Header Welders with proficiency in GMAW and FCAW processes, specializing in carbon steel. The successful candidate will be required to pass a 2G Plate test on a 1\" single bevel plate, which includes a 3/16\" open root with 0.45 Mig hardwire and Flux fill and cap. Strong blueprint reading, and interpretation skills are essential.
Responsibilities: {#spanstylecolorblackresponsibilitiesspan}
- Ability to set up welders to produce cosmetically pleasing, spatter-free welds.
- Prior knowledge of MIG and flux core welding processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot welding equipment.
- Working knowledge of basic fabrication equipment (e.g., saws, grinders, etc.).
- Ability to use weld fixtures.
- Must be able to read and comprehend production schedules.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace, adhering to housekeeping standards.
