Boeing is seeking a high performing Experienced Financial Integrator to support the Mobility and Surveillance (M&S) United States Air force (USAF) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) E-7 programs. In Tukwila, WA.

Boeing is seeking a Finance Analyst for the Mobility and Surveillance (M&S) USAF E-7A program. As a E-7A Finance Analyst you will be responsible for managing program and team control account costs through Earned Value Management (EVM) and Financial (EAC) Estimates at Completion.

Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports. Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management. Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience. Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Build metrics/reports and manage performance reporting

  • Review (IPT) Integrated product team EVM for accuracy

  • Provide ongoing recommendations and guidance for contractual action items affecting fee, funding, financial EACs and new contract orders

  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders

  • Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail to help explain the program financials to the Chief Financial Officers

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

  • Experience working in cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Familiar with supporting business cases

  • General knowledge of finance and estimating function

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000
