FirstService Residential Receptionist in Tucson, Arizona

Job Overview:

As the Receptionist, you willServe residents and guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Answer the phone and direct or answer questions and with providing administrative support. This position has varying hours throughout the week and requires weekends as needed.Â

Compensation: $14.50+ per hour

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner, and answer questions
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain reception area and common areas in a clean, tidy manner
  • Perform housekeeping duties
  • Maintain visitor and vendor log
  • Make reservations for social/common rooms
  • Help manage work order requests
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings and corresponding resident communication
  • Assist homeowners with general inquiries
  • Manage key distribution, keeping necessary parties informed and updating the log
  • Schedule move ins and outs
  • Provide general administrative support to GM, including writing newsletter, memos, notifications and prepping for meetings

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ​Able to work independently with little supervision Â
  • ​Superb judgment and decision-making skillsÂ
  • ​Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demandsÂ
  • ​Outstanding communication skillsÂ
  • ​Tremendous listener with the ability to diffuse tense situationsÂ
  • ​Proficient with MS Office suite​Â

Education and Experience:

  • ​​High School Diploma or post-secondary education in business or office management is preferred.Â
  • ​Customer service experience requiredÂ
  • ​HOA and/ or property management experience is a plus​Â

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a typical office environment, using a computer Â
  • ​Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods of timeÂ
  • ​Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds​Â

Work Location : Sonora at Rancho Sahuarita,  ​600 W Camino Rancheria Sahuarita, AZ 85629

Work Hours: ​ Evenings and weekends with varying hours. Typical schedule is weekdays from 4:30p - 9p; Saturday 8:30p -10p; Sunday 12:30p - 8:30p
