Description

Peter Danielson with Robert Half is in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in TUALATIN, Oregon. The individual will play a crucial role in our manufacturing industry, assisting in corporate finance activities. They will be involved in modeling and analysis for operations, growth modeling, and providing insights driven by their analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your corporate finance experience to assist in strategic decision-making processes

• Develop and maintain pricing and cost models for our manufacturing operations

• Conduct growth modeling activities, taking into account both organic and acquisitive growth strategies

• Communicate effectively, providing insights and clarity on the analysis behind modeling

• Utilize your skills in Financial Analysis, Manufacturing, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Modeling, and KPI Reporting to enhance our financial strategies and decisions

• Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to factor them into financial models and forecasts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for model-building and insightful analysis

• Ensure all financial models are accurate and updated based on changes in business strategies or market dynamics

• Support the decision-making process by providing analytical insights and recommendations.

Requirements • Proficient in Financial Analysis and able to apply it to business decisions

• Familiar with the Manufacturing sector and its financial implications

• Skilled in Financial Modeling and able to create accurate financial representations

• Capable of Forecasting & Modeling to anticipate business trends and outcomes

• Experience in KPI Reporting and able to present key performance indicators in a clear and concise manner

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make recommendations

• Excellent communication skills to present financial information to non-financial audience

• Proven leadership skills to guide financial team members

• Proficient in using financial software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Relevant certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred

• Ethical conduct in handling confidential financial information

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
