Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk to assist our sales department.

Your main responsibility will be to accurately input purchase order information into the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).

This role also involves inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking work to ensure data accuracy.

The role may involve repetitive tasks such as cutting and pasting information, requiring a high level of attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Computer literacy, with experience entering data.

Excellent with MS Office Suite (experienced in Excel, but no need for pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)

Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.

High attention to detail and strong accuracy

Typing of at least 40WPM

Experience with an ERP or CRM system a plus

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tualatin, Oregon.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site, Monday to Friday. Please note the work may be repetitive, but requires a high level of attention to detail.
