HTC Global Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Business Systems Analyst (Ref# BSA313VP).
Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Duties: As part of a team, formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and applicable business systems and industry requirements. Participate in all project phases including design (as is and to be), SAP ASAP and S/4HANA Activate methodology, business blueprint preparation, gap analysis, change management, configuration, testing, training, data conversion, and go-live support. Provide functional knowledge and hands-on experience with various SAP modules including Embedded EWM and SCM EWM, WM, and SD. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives. Involved in the analysis, design, implementation, measurement, maintenance, and improvement of global ERP business processes within SAP. Support SAP engagements including business transformation, implementations, rollouts, and consulting projects. Support the global coordination of business solution across ERP implementations. Champion the adoption of global process standardization within SAP. Analyze and evaluate current process and systems, benchmark best practices, and recommend improvement solutions. Work on SAP EWM enhancements. Analyze custom objects and configure EWM functionalities as per the business request. Provide scoping, creation, and support of business solution projects. Understand emerging technologies and upgrade features for each process and recommend which should be prioritized and implemented. Provide business solutions feedback regarding customer satisfaction. Analyze and offer recommendations to improve the use and execution of business systems applications. Assist management in identifying system weaknesses and recommend solutions. Serve as interface with business leaders for ERP using SAP. Involved in the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes, data, and environment.
Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A combination of foreign post-secondary education determined to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree is acceptable. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including SAP Analyst, Packaged Application Developer, or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with business requirements, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP EWM. 40hrs/week.
