Oracle Social Impact Business Process Analyst in Trenton, New Jersey

Job Description

Overview:

The Social Impact Business Analyst plays a vital role in supporting Social Impact customers globally with a focus on North America. Social Impact Business Analyst acts as a shared service role providing technical expertise across our donation process with customers and programs to help all Social Impact customers use NetSuite. This role has a wide range of work required across teams and programs to help our Social Impact customers use NetSuite to meet their mission.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-guided, quick learning, technically adept, highly motivated, nonprofit orientated individual who has a strong desire to be part of a close-knit team. They will have the ability to represent and advocate the programs of Social Impact: Suite Donation, Suite Pro Bono and Suite Capacity programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with donation team to ensure technical capacity and fit of nonprofit prospects

  • Work with Pro Bono team to review projects customers request and support NetSuite staff doing pro bono

  • Provide nonprofit and technical expertise at customer engagements including office hours, buildathons and hackathons

  • Prepare and deliver content at customer training engagements including virtual workshops (webinars)

  • Provide enablement and create needed resources for Social Impact teams

  • Act as nonprofit and technical expert across Social Impact and other NetSuite teams as needed

  • Meet with our new donation customers to train them on using NetSuite during their first year

  • Help manage and support data and reporting needs across Social Impact

Qualifications:

  • Prefer 3+ years of nonprofit technology experience

  • Accounting or finance experience, preferably nonprofit

  • BS degree or equivalent experience to functional area

  • Strong technical capability with ability to enable others

  • Software administrator or developer experience a plus

  • Strong customer service orientation

The mission of the Social Impact Team is to help nonprofits under $5 million achieve their business vision with NetSuite technology. Oracle NetSuite Social Impact supports the acquisition and success of charities and social enterprises under $5 million across the globe with software donation, pro bono programs and Hackathons.

US: Hiring Range: from $31.44 to $67.93 per hour; from $65,400 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
