Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Tracy, California

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Tracy, California. This role involves working with accounts, maintaining customer order fulfillment systems, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate will be expected to monitor the order process to ensure customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain customer order fulfillment systems using word processing and spreadsheet applications

• Monitor the order process to ensure customer deliveries are made according to commitments

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation

• Draft routine customer correspondence internally and externally

• Participate in a team environment and perform team-specific activities to ensure efficient account coverage

• Utilize skills in customer service, office functions, documentation, supervising, correspondence, deliveries, word processing, order fulfillment, and spreadsheet programs. Requirements • Must possess strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform office functions and manage documentation effectively

• Experience in supervising a team or a group of individuals

• Excellent correspondence skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with handling deliveries and ensuring order fulfillment

• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve company goals

• Must possess a high level of integrity and reliability

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients

• Must be highly motivated and demonstrate initiative in performing job duties.
