As a Domestic Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing excellent service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics operations efficiently. If you are interested in this position, now!

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing customer accounts to assure accurate and timely delivery

• Serve as a liaison between the sales manager and customers to enhance service experience

• Interact with various Representatives to set up quotes, routes and rates for domestic freight shipments

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
