Job Description: Senior Technical Sourcer

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to lead the candidate sourcing and generation process for Full Stack, Back-end, and Front-end developers, with a special emphasis on Engineering Managers. This role involves crafting and executing complex sourcing strategies using diverse methods and tools across various levels of positions.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6+ months

  • Location: Onsite at Intuit's Toronto, Canada office (2 days a week)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience (Full Stack, Back-end, and Front-end developers)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to devise and implement creative sourcing strategies.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
