RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do:
Challenge Conventional Thinking : Push boundaries and bring fresh perspectives to every project.
Tell Compelling Stories : Whether it’s a captivating narrative or a hilarious joke, your storytelling skills are top-notch.
Obsess Over Ideas : From cracking the brief to polishing in production, you love bringing ideas to life visually and have a diverse toolbox of creative solutions to solve marketing problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience : 1-5 years of agency experience.
Conceptual Thinker : You’re obsessed with ideas and know what makes the best ones stand out.
Art Direction Background : Traditional art direction experience is a must; design background is ideal. Experience with XM is a plus.
Presentation Skills : You can confidently and compellingly sell ideas to clients.
Collaborative Spirit : You’re a great collaborator and a valued member of the creative community.
Culture Enthusiast : You have deep interests in sports, tech, music, television, and more.
