About the Team

At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join the Canada Enterprise Team, comprised of 7 tenured Sales Account Managers and a very experienced SE Team. You will report to the National Director of Enterprise Sales for Canada. This role is remote where we combine virtual and in person meetings in order to achieve success. The team meets occasionally to encourage personal interactions and team building.

Your Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with accounts in the GTA

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineer to set account strategy and direction

  • Create and deliver formal quotes, sales proposals, and presentations

  • Foster collaboration and guide Nutanix account teams

  • Develop and implement account plans based on customer needs

  • Identify and leverage customer references for sales opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Channel and Product Development teams

  • Utilize target account, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of successful sales into the enterprise marketplace

  • Consultative approach to identify and address customer needs

  • Experience in target account selling and solution selling

  • Ability to build and manage account teams

  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas

  • Deep understanding of the global market and industry trends

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 276,640 and USD $ 414,960 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
