Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sports Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Sports PTA, you'll work closely with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care and rehabilitation services. Your expertise will help athletes prevent and recover from injuries, optimize their performance, and enhance overall wellness.

Responsibilities

* Assessment and Monitoring: Measure strength, range of motion, and progress during recovery. Supervise athletes performing mobility and strengthening exercises.

* Hands-On Therapy: Administer hands-on therapy techniques such as stretching and massage to aid in recovery.

* Collaboration: Work with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports medicine physicians to design specialized exercise programs and injury prevention strategies tailored to athletes' needs.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Compensation:

$65,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law

Skills and Requirements

* Completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant Program from an accredited institution.

* Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the State of New Jersey null
