Verdantas is a national consulting group seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our team in the Toledo, Ohio office.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares process and survey existing conditions drawings, survey plats and surveys
Performs Baseline mapping
Develops drawings in conformance with company and industry standards and codes
Close coordination is required with the project surveyors and team members while preparing drawings
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Associate's degree preferred
3+ years experience with creating existing conditions surveys to include topographic and control drawings based on field collected data with publicly available information
Proficient with any of the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station (Open Roads)
Relevant design experience in survey drafting, right of way, and utilities
Creating plan and profile documents that conform with specifications
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
