Senior Security Manager Location(s): Toledo, OH, US, 43659-0001 Function: Finance and Accounting Audience: Experienced Professional Work Arrangement: Hybrid Requisition ID: 64205 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Senior Security Manager will be a change agent charged with supporting implementation of Owens Corning's global security policies and standards in support of the business' increasing needs. In partnership with manufacturing divisions and corporate functions, the Senior Security Manager will be a leader in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect Owens Corning's people, assets, and intellectual property. Reports to: Director, Global Security Span of Control: Individual Contributor JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Keep OC's People, Assets, and Intellectual Property Safe Perform security risk assessments at Owens Corning facilities globally to evaluate compliance with security standards, identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions. Perform investigation of business misconduct and loss related events. Perform workplace violence investigations Respond to inquiries from various manufacturing and corporate functions and interpret security policies and standards in support of the business. Provide oversight and consultation support for security technology projects including CCTV, access control and alarm systems in collaboration with the Global Security Technology and Systems Integration Manager. Develop security intelligence techniques and executive protection protocols. Conduct special events venue security assessments and provide recommendations Conduct regional strategic geopolitical security assessments. Interact with overseas business units and establish a cadre of security providers that can operate effectively in their respective regions or countries. Establish and maintain value-added liaison with local and regional government law enforcement agencies and private security organizations across the globe. Develop, Implement, and Evangelize OC's Enterprise Security Strategy Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to corporate security. Identify and operationalize best practices through development of standard operating procedures and guidelines. Develop and conduct security related training for employees as needed in areas such as travel security, workplace violence, security awareness and loss prevention. Provide subject matter expertise and aid the Global Security Director in the implementation of a workplace violence prevention and reaction program. Provide subject matter expertise on emergency response and crisis management protocols and best practices. Provide input for business case metrics of the Global Security function. Provide capital expense budget requirements for the business division(s) or region(s) assigned. Provide other security related services as directed. Perform other duties commensurate to level of experience and those that will foster professional development as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university (security related degree preferred). Additional years of experience with a professional certification (CPP, CFE, PSI, or PSP) in lieu of university degree may be considered. 10+ years corporate security experience.
